Due to increase in the Australia-China commercial disputes, the Government of Australia had to form partnership with main bodies in the industry such as AustCham Great China and the Australian Business council in order to take steps for minimizing the severe and frequent disputes. Most of the companies in Australia have engaged in doing business with China without facing any major problems such as UGG Australian boots. There are, however risks involved in the dynamic environment of China which leads towards strategic business practices to fail and these need to be understood by Australian UGG boots (Ader et al 2008). However, the scope of this research lies in analyzing Australian UGG boots export to China, the considerable impacts, situational influences, context of business and recommendations to improve strategic business decisions.
In order to be specific, ever since the year 2000, UGG Australia has been involved in production of more products with an aim to meet the requirement of those customers that experience colder winters. China is an emerging economy and consists of an intensive potential for UGG boots in terms of market share growth of Australia in China (Ader et al 2008). Additionally, as development of Chinese economy takes place there will further be improvement in China’s living standards which will lead towards making sure that the engagement of citizens is in the possession of disposable income economic process.
