Hofstede (1993) in his research about masculinity and femininity found out that the social roles are being determined by the type of sexes of people, but it has been seen to be varying according to countries and religions and societies. It was also found that in masculine societies, the conduct of life of almost all people coincides with the male sex, even the way of thinking of women. These conducts of life can be showing off, making money and announcing and exaggerating success, valuing money more than relationships, etc. This is very strange where a woman’s though process is also similar to the male in their society, indicating the strength of the male identity and the weakness or a vague description of female identity. Moreover, in a feminine society, it is seen that the most dominant roles and way of life is similar to a feminine way of life, like putting relationships before and giving more importance than money, not showing off, helping others, believing that small is beautiful, preserving environment as it relates to feminism, etc. In a masculine society, if a women achieves something, it is suspected, whereas, it is celebrated in case men achieves something. Individual brilliance in women is always or mostly seen with the eyes of suspicion in a masculine society. In a feminine society, the anti-hero is being given sympathy because the collective thinking based on feminism is such that it does not like to fight but provide sympathy to the losers and help them wherever possible.
