Workers need to be productive. They need to contend that there are several aspects and opportunities that need to be worked through to ensure that the company is productive. The main challenges and the opportunities for the organizational behaviour are to ensure that the employees of the company are motivated. It is imperative for the company to dynamically improve the quality and productivity of the workers. The factors of global competition, emerging companies, diversity in the workplace and also the empowerment of the people are some of the agents that need to be developed at the appropriate times (Zhang et al., 2005). The employees of the company are the agents of these changes. The management must focus on the ways to stimulate an environment which would foster innovation and bring changes to the people. In this setup, the companies have to have time management. It is imperative to introduce a product that is appropriate at the right time to sustain. In this schema, if the employees are looking at the tangible clock time or the time that is actually clocked in work, it is not really helpful for the company. If they are able to change the persona of time and create a holistic management of time which is the psychological time, there would be more productivity (Martinez and Ferreira, 2012). By addressing these changes, the companies can focus on the psychological future and psychological past. From research data that has been collated, it has been determined that the best way of focus is to concentrate on the psychological times instead of the clock time (Zhou et al., 2016). The perception of time is observed to change between individuals and groups. These experience and perception of the time is observed to fluctuate between the individuals and groups. The research would take in details from the Zimbsrdo and Boyd’s (1999) TP conceptualization. It is estimated that there would be clarity to address the dynamic and intricate relationship that exists between TP and diverse OB themes.
