Aaron, the manager should be learning key approach in order to establish passions that appeal the desire of people, such as Gabriel to visit events, while devoting time with her voluntary association (Kang and Stewart, 2007). There must be learning about the application of clear logic of business and techniques of management to maintain connections and traditions with various nostalgic aspects for the engagement and consumption of sports. The overall scope for management of human resource is essential to ensure satisfied and effective workforce. However, difficulties are being faced by Aaron in the management of human resource, as he is not able to maintain social relationship with Gabriel as he does with the others. Such management should involve the management of organizational structure and culture or strategic planning, and is an additional component to be considered by effective practitioners (Martin and Siebert, 2016).
Aaron needs to reconsider his approach and skills for influencing Gabriel to attract her towards sports and other social activities of the organization. There is a significant need for perceiving her visions, while further empowering her to socialize with the leader and the team as this is important for delivering effective performance. These approaches are crucial for forging alliances, coordinating common projects of development or business, and dealing with conflicts that arise now and then across organizations (Masterman, 2014). Considering the culture of organizations, because of the strong belief in behaviour and endeavour of sport, the manager should be cognizant about the power held by the culture of any organization, as both driver and inhibitor of performance.
