The strong brand patronage enables in the creation of niche consumer base. This is required for the companies to face the stiff competition of new entrants. The companies that have brick and mortar stores are found to have better consumer patronage. The companies that want to sustain in the current times need to interact with the consumers using the modern tools such as the mobile tools, penetration of the markets in innovative consumer services. All the companies in the current times face stiff competition from a number of localization and internationalization. There is also imitation of the services and products. Price differentiation and best value for the services also play an important role in the development of the consumer patronage. However, the previous research data had indicated that it is important to meet consumer requirement. The aim of this research is to develop a research design that would enable Internet Service Provider to comprehend about the current requirements of the consumer.
