In response to this section, most of the respondents considered the selection of merchandise in the pro shop satisfactory. There was no single respondent who ticked the option never try; however 5 percent of all the respondents considered the selection of merchandise very poor whereas 13 percent of them considered the same poor. 48 percent of the members considered it satisfactory whereas 27 percent of them found the selection of merchandise in pro shop very good. On the contrary, 7 percent of the people responded to the section and rated the selection of merchandise in pro shop excellent. Thus, it is evident from the results that most of the customers are satisfied with the selection of merchandise in pro shop; however the concerned Warner Golf Club can still redesign or refine the pro shop to meet the demands and taste of members who visit the club often. To reduce the percentage of the people who feel dissatisfied with the selection of merchandise in pro shop, the concerned Warner Golf Club needs to increase the options of clothing and other accessories. The overall space of the pro shop is also required to be increased so that more number of members can enter the pro shop at a time. Moreover, it is evident that the price is too high for the products available in pro shop within Warner Golf Club.
