BAE corruption case is one of the most reckoning cases of corruption. Since 1989, the company is facing allegations of bribery. The British Aerospace company has been alleged to pay around £1bn to the Saudi Prince via US bank for a deal signed by the British Government with the Saudi government for 120 Tornado Fighter Jets. Later, the firm is alleged to bribe in agreements with Check Republic, Romania, Tanzania as well as South Africa (Leigh and Evans, 2018). The primary factor here is that the corruption is related to the activities like procurement where the company has failed to manage its accounts properly. SFO or the Serious Fraud Office started the investigation on the allegations towards BAE. Along with that, the US government had launched its investigation for making fraud with the US companies in finalising deals with Saudi Arabia (Leigh and Evans, 2018).
