In speaking of my working experience, the period spent in my parents’ company, namely a Mineral Enterprise, was really rewarding. My daily obligation was to manage the worker’s work and allocate the time and personnel. Sometimes, I also did the work of sorting files and assigning tasks. Considering that my work was very trivial, I had to make a plan ahead of time so as to keep myself well organized. Additionally, to make full use of the summer vacation time to train myself in social practice, I once worked as a manager in a coffee shop. My work was in relevant with the sale and the recommendation of different kinds of coffee to the customers. I also made a research of their tastes and different preferences. I never looked down upon my work but regarded it as a challenge, because such work requires to be patient with the customers and frequently communicate with them so as to successfully build the mutual trust. However, ocassionally, when encounterong some customers of bad temper, I had to pay great attention to the ways and skills of communication. Thus my interpersonal communications get enhanced in this process.
