In this chapter, I present the data collected through 20 interviews with entry level Chinese employees. I have used existing literature and compared it to my research analysis and findings. In this analysis, it was determined that there is a change in perception of the Chinese employees who work in the UK companies. The Chinese employees who worked in the UK companies had a higher individualistic goal when compared to the Chinese employees working in China. This was determined with the comparison of the data from Hofestede research and my research. However, they had high collectivistic score.

The workers from Chinese nations were found to be more oriented towards long term, had a low index in the indulgence score and were ambitious. The impeding factors for their growth was the very formal British work culture and a lack of informal network that is found in the Chinese cultures. The Chinese employees were not assertive on a relative scale with the British workers. This index was a measure of their assertiveness but not their knowledge.
