Being strategically located and being culturally aligned with the business sales, Dubai enjoys a much brighter chance of making a new retail venture successful. Woolworths must join hands with Landmark group and make a backend provider joint venture with Landmark to save on unexpected costs and putting itself into position providing less exit options.
