Culture of the company is reflected in many modes. It can be found in many modals. The culture is explicitly reflected in the mission and vision statement. Apart from this, it is also reflected in the symbols and jargons used by the company. In each company, there are different symbolizations that epitomize the culture. I experienced the culture of a company first hand during my work in McDonalds.

Of the different paradigms that have been associated with the culture of the company, this company is found to express the market culture. It was found to reflect upon the bottom line results. When I worked in the particular McDonald franchise, I found that was respectful of the employees, it allows employee learning as well as organizational learning. Apart from this, the company is a diversity employer and follows inclusions policy. I felt relaxed and comfortable working in this place.
Traditional organization is found to have many bureaucratic controls and chains. This often impedes the innovation processes of the company. This franchise was found to be a flat organization. We reported to the individual managers. It was found to be a mix of the personal and horizontal sequence of work. Many of the fundamental rules were the same like other franchises. In this franchise, I was able to form personal bonds with the employee.
