Learning is a never-ending process as a teacher. The learning needs of different teachers are diverse given their diversified personalities. For example, teachers who are new to the profession clearly have learning needs that are distinct from those of their more experienced colleagues. In their entire lifetime, the teachers never stop learning. It can be noted that a teacher is an influential figure. A large number of students are predisposed to the disciplinary behavior of a teacher (Grint, 2014). Therefore, it is their crucial responsibility to update their disciplinary behavior that they will be able to persuade the students into learning the most correct and up to date information. There is no strict issue on how the aesthetics of a teacher can be unified as the teachers are diversified according to their nature and their personalities. The teacher engages in the ongoing process of professional learning and uses evidence to evaluate his/her practice continuously. His/her actions and choices affect others, which is why a teacher needs to adapt practice to meet the needs of each learner.

A teacher should adapt ethical manner in handling the information of a student. It is vital for a teacher to handle the documents of a student, which holds the record of the students. An important ability that an educator has to possess is to memorize the vital details of his/her students. The handling of the documents can be elaborately noted from the documents IEP and 504 though it is unethical to disclose any of the information unless asked to do so (Giuliani & Kurson, 2007).
