International scholars argue that ever since chine invaded Tibet in 1949 the people of Tibet have struggled to maintain their culture intact with the new culture. Tibet was an independent state that had fully equipped modern standards before the invasion of china. History of Tibet is 2000 years old and the people of Tibet consider that period as the imperial age of Tibet. At that time the entire country was entitled and united because of one ruler who was the controller of the country. Chine also believes that before the invasion Tibet was an independent state with historical records and treaties. Chine wanted to invade the country because of string structure of Tibet that was considered as a threat for chine in the future. This power declined when Tibet started to influence with neighboring countries and people. Tibet came under great influence of other rulers. These rulers were from British who were ruling in India, Gorkhas of Nepal and the Mongol khans. International law in this context should be examined that details the facts like: international law is developed by the states for their own protection. According to this law the independence of states is protected by the attempts and measures taken against the state. States like Tibet that were present as an independent state for centuries, according to the international law the country has no liability to prove its continued independence to the people when challenged. If any foreign state claims rights over that country than that state need to prove the claims by explaining what is legal and what can be acquired.
