In terms of manufacturing capabilities, they will be able to offer a much lower price because they are not going on the line process, and they would still be able to make volume changes and introduce newer designs on account of their working flexibly between shop and batch as per consumer need. In terms of strategic direction, it will help them increase market share, and emerge successfully in the growing newer markets.
Inventory management in the company will ensure that customers real times needs are met and wastages are avoided. Manolucci already has an existing system where it will source for materials either from its suppliers or will use the materials from the client.
