SUPPLIER CHAIN MANAGEMENT
Supply Chain Management is the cumulative effort made by many organizations to deliver the final product of the company to the end users. It constitutes from the producer of the product to the retailer who directly sells the product to customers. It is not a onetime activity rather it is a continuous and constant effort by the supply chain firms to deliver the products to the end users by developing effective and efficient ways to attain a competitive edge in the minds of customers and to maximize value of customers. The process of supply chain management starts from procurement of raw materials then transforming them into semi finished and finished goods and lastly supplying these finished goods to the final customers or end users.
