In terms of group performance management, I believe that we did not mange performance well. For example, during the group work, we set up a group on messenger and used it to share Google documents. We shared the information that could help and link to our topic by using these tools. We did this because it would be very helpful to communicate with one other and clearly understand what we were up to and where we were on our work. I feel disappointed that we did not manage the use of the Google documents that well. Although we planned for it, the information shared on Google doc was a mess, and it was totally not helpful on our group work.

Secondly, we did not monitor the progress and the time which is another issue. Our final presentation was finished only in the last minute and we had no time to check for consistency and fluidity in presentations. At some point, I think we should have had a discussion on what were the recommendations for Microsoft. It was not just a work for one person, we all have to discuss and agree on a few points and we should have developed the recommendations in a combined way. However, in reality, we all had no idea what Rachel want to say until she came the last meeting which is an hour before the presentation and this set us back in our performance.
