The performance of the company can be considered to be adequate. It meets the demands of the consumers and ensure that there are ethical standards that is maintained while devising the operations. Nevertheless, there can be more done to improve employee productivity and performance by the management. There is a need for better communication between the departments and the service providers. Senior management continues to have a stronger control over the operations and there is very less autonomy for the staff to perform. The Hilton group is a family owned company and the general perception is that the top management controls all facets of the operation.

More autonomy to the employees would enable in developing a better worker culture.
