This set of data has been helpful in identifying the overall scope of the catering industry in UK and the related Chinese businesses in UK. However, this is somewhat limited when considering to provide an overall scenario about phenomenon such acquisitions and mergers, along with investments in smaller size. In addition, there was lack of completeness in the data, specifically when considering the specific issues faced by Chinese catering business in UK. For covering up this advantage, the research will be involving to conduct interviews. In addition, the research will be taking up a constructivism approach by identifying the key factors that affect ethnic Chinese entrepreneurs making investment in UK, in reference with the business and social environments. As interviews will be conducted, the nature of this research turns out to be qualitative. There will be consideration of qualitative and inductive approach as the research objective is focused on the following:
