The employee and the company both benefit from the training and development. In the current era, the companies provide many types of training for individuals and teams. By providing adequate training, the companies and the individuals benefit from it. The enhanced skills will enable the employees to complete the tasks with high quality deliverables (Viswesvaran, & Ones, 2000).Training and development also gives the employees a job satisfaction. They will not feel being stuck in a redundant job rather will look at the different options. They will feel excited of being a part of something innovative and fresh. Anschutz (1995) presents the argument that the relationship between training and attitude is a direct one. Where the employees are well trained then it becomes easier for them have a positive attitude with the business. With training employees might feel that they know more about the organization, they can understand dynamics of the workplace and this might be the reason that Anschutz (1995) presents this argument. Workplace attitude and its personality affects have an effect on the worker performance (Barrick & Mount, 1991). Only a worker with good workplace attitude will be proficient at what they do. Researcher furthermore states that these employees with a very positive experience also become better team members. They can form partnerships and alliances in working very easily and can strive to learn continuously in an industrial context. Anschutz present one more key point in that, an employee that is trained by an organization might learn to trust the organization better (Anschutz, 1995). Trust will affect the quality of work life of the adult (Van der Berg, & Martins, 2013). The quality of work life will be affected by managerial practices and Human resource practices. Training and development programs are hence one way to build on this trust elements.
