In order to underline the globalization issues of this particular case, it can be stated that the organization has faced indifferent threats and challenges from the global market, due to the causes of global financial crisis. In relation to this, it can be argued that due to the causes of global financial crisis, it is observed that large numbers of global consumers’ purchasing power of parity has got affected and it created a significant impact on the overall import and export operations of the large multinational enterprises (MNEs). Apart from that, due to global financial turmoil, several markets of the globe have witnessed recession associated challenges, which have driven greater debt for the global organizations (Nielsen and Nielsen, 2013). As a result, most of the global organizations have faced lack of cash flow and liquidity related challenges.
On the other hand, through review of this particular case, it is noticed that most of the global MNEs have faced indifferent challenges, which are either directly or indirectly related with manufacturing or operations related causes (Vanhaverbeke, Du and von Zedtwitz, 2013). In this context, it can be stated that uses of traditional equipment as well as machinery have affected the operations of the firm. Simultaneously, high consumption of energy and high rate of waste as well as error on production procedure have affected the operations of the firm. Apart from that, it can be mentioned that lack of innovation in product development procedure has hampered the growth of the firm within the competitive market scenario (Nielsen and Nielsen, 2013).
Consequently, it can be argued that the organization has witnessed diversified challenges from the operating market, due to its lack of effectiveness in case of allocation of raw material and resources of the production procedure (Vanhaverbeke, Du and von Zedtwitz, 2013). In this case, it is viewed that lack of packaging ability has restricted the growth potential of the firm through hampering import as well as export operations. Moreover, it can be argued that poor strategic ability of the firm and poor decision making in case of execution of business operations have driven significant challenges for the firm within the operating industry (Nielsen and Nielsen, 2013).
