In Google, there are a large number of signs where dynamic capabilities are reflected (Steiber, 2014). The management has effectively recognized whether what is important and what is the next important area to work upon. In addition to this, Google is not afraid to develop new products. Another great way to ensure innovation is to assign hundreds of engineers for the development of a product.
Implementation of the people centric approach is another reason because of which Google can apply innovation in the company. They ensure that who are the right people to be employed for a specific role. A large number of openings are available for the people continuously, but the right employee is selected only after a lot of experiment. Another example is the development of a completely ambidextrous organization. The employees can use the time on product as per their own will. In addition to this, the employee has to divide is time according to 80-20 rule in which the employee has to spent 80 % of his time in core business and 20 percent to think and create new ideas. It has a number of channels through which their idea will flow to upper management. Some of the management techniques to promote innovation in Google includes the creation of Google Cafes, which are designed in order to increase more and more interactions between the employees, facility to provide direct E-mails to the companies officials. Thus, Google supports and experiments innovation more than any other company.
