There is urgent need for Janine to transform the charismatic leadership style in order to motivate employees in the work place and to engage them with the organisational goals (Bono, Hooper & Yoon, 2014). Ascertained leadership attributes would not be useful for Janine to resolve the management issues in the work place of her company. The management would face difficulty if the employees start disclosing secret recipes in the market place. It would act as competitive advantage for the competitors.
